Corrosion Resistance: will not rust nor corrode. There are many resin systems from which to choose, depending on your particular requirements, to provide resistance to almost every chemical environment.
Parts Consolidation: it is possible for a single fiberglass structure to replace an assembly of many parts and associated fasteners, thereby reducing assembly times.
Less Finishing: painting can often be eliminated. Colour can be moulded into the laminate for long-lasting good appearance.
Moderate Tooling Costs: regardless of the processing method used, tooling for fiberglass usually represents a
very small part of the product unit cost.
